Where to find experience electronics builder?

I'm in the process of MegaSquirting my '88 IROC-Z and I'm going to be controlling the IAC valve manually with a simple circuit board designed by a guy named Dave Barton from 240turbo.com. He made a page demonstrating how to build the board and how it operates here.
He also linked a video showing the basic circuit operating on a bread board controlling a GM IAC Stepper Valve here:

Here's the unfortunate part, I'm not a very good electrician. So after trying to build the circuit with my limited knowledge (and soldering skills) all I was able to come up with was an expensive pile of solder and plastic.

So I'm wondering where I'd be able to find someone willing to build this circuit for me (with payment of course) so I can move on with my project and get my new 350 idling properly.

Please shoot me a DM with any information you might have.

Try a Google search for any electronics hobbyist clubs in your area. Additionally, an ad on Craigslist seeking someone to build the circuit for you might also turn up a prospect.

I've seen mention of a few members of this forum who have constructed various circuits, but don't recall any of them by username; maybe one of them will see this thread.
