19992 RS Camaro No Headlights

I have checked all fuses all are good, replaced headlight switch. First question is there a headlight relay if so where is it? All other lights work fine parking, turn, backup, and brake. I am thinking the dimmer switch located on top of steering column that has the rod running down to it, any ideas? Thanks in advance for any help

Yes that's the dimmer switch.

Easy enough to check for 12V coming into it and leaving it... yellow is 12V coming to it from the HL sw, tan is 12V coming out to the low beams, light green is 12V to the brights. Start at yellow; if there's no 12V there when you pull the ****, work back toward the HL sw, and if there is, work forward toward the bulbs.

Anything else not working at the same time? Parking lights, dash lights, etc. work?
