Putting my engine back together and I can't figure out where this pigtail plugs into. It's on an 87 tpi and it's located just behind the driver side valve cover, extending roughly the length to the brake booster. I believe the colours are white/blue (or white/black?) and black. Following the wires, they come from the huge patch of wires feeding out of the passenger fender. Insight on what the wires do / where they plug into would be appreciated!

Nowhere.
That's the infamous Mystery Connector. Has pink/black (power) and black/white (ground) wires in it. Most likely it was used to power up the ECM and dash for testing during mfg, before all that was part of a car.
