You dealing with intergalactic back orders too? Seems to be and all of the industries... Tried running the numbers on it through a google search? Ebay? Im sure some one has one for a t5 here.. As far as orings, try NAPA, home stores, or get an oring kit from Harbour Freight

No OEM T56 Units came in any Third-Gens...
except for the Cars that we (GM) were testing the LT1 (Gen-2 SBC) and T56 in.
But those Test Vehicles did not have a VIN issued to them...
and would never be able to be registered (all they had was a Michigan State Manufacturer's License-Plate).

The 90-92 electric T5 Speedo sending unit is VERY difficult to find,..... be prepared to pay a premium for it; even a used ones will run you over $100.
