88 shop manual
I bought a shop service manual for a 88 firebird and the thing didn't come with the wiring schematics for some reason. They are not even listed in the table of contents. My 85 Camaro manual has them. Do I have to get the 88 Camaro book for the schematic or are they missing in that too

Re: 88 shop manual
Some Model Years have a 2 Book Set Manual...
For Example: My 1987 Camaro Manual is comprised of 2 Books.
The 2nd Book is only for the Electrical Section.
These Books are becoming less and less common...
I wish someone sold all the Updates for each Model Year Manual (that were released during the corresponding Production Year).

Thanks for your replies. I would like the fold out type also with my book so I can see everything layed out on one or two pages for each style. They are the last thing in the 85 book. I will look for the electronic supplement book

The Guys on this Forum are always awesome!!!

To the OP... if you download the Manual that "John in RI" Posted (He is awesome)...
You are looking for Section 8A.
Jump to Page 1166 of 1825 for the Document that you download.
Enjoy!

Wow, thanks a lot for the PDF manual. I was actually looking for it a couple of days ago. Moreover, I recently came across an online editor in a review article https://timesofmalta.com/article/pdf...rms-a2.1098065 about PDF Guru. I needed a tool that would let me combine and organize some of my manuals into one convenient working document. And I have to say, with this tool, doing all that turned out to be much easier than I expected.

Re: 88 shop manual
I have the original three Pontiac Service Manuals from my 1984 Trans AM - Electrical, Chassis & engine + trans.
They contain data for all the 1984 Pontiac series, not just the "F" body cars. To understand some of the info almost requires an engineer. Not really written in lay language.
I had the three service manuals for my (sold) 1972 Buick GS. They were so easy to read & understand.

The 1988 Pontiac Firebird service manual will come in handy.
You don't by chance happen to have the 1987 Pontiac Firebird service manual, do you?

I do not, but I do have an old 86 Firebird Helm on the bookshelf. It's not digitized,.. but if you need something specific LMK and I'll see what I can find.
