I use it as a plug in for Multiple things , But I have no voltage it went out slowly, is it a fuse link ? If so, where is the link.

What fuse would that be. I see no fuse listed in any of my manuals for the lighter. That's why I wondered about a fusible link

Yes it is a third gen, a 1987 , The car isn't stock but the fuse box is. Thank you, I will start with the ACC
