Everytime I plug somethin in my lighter I burn a fuse.

Most likely a faulty cig lighter. I removed mine, checked the resistance between the centre contact and the outside (should be open circuit) and then gritblasted the internals! Cleaned it out fast i can tell you!! No problems since.
