Hazards, Turn Signals, and 3rd Brake Light Not Working

My 1986 V6 is having some issues, the 3rd brake lights, Hazard lights, and turn signals worked fine when I got the car, but now they won't do anything, still have interior lights, radio, wipers, headlights, etc. I checked all of the fuses and they all seem good except the interior lights fuse, I kept having to change it, every time I put it in it would blow, even when the car is off. I put a 30 in there and it works fine now. Could it be a bad ground or something? My electric trunk latch doesn't work so I just disconnected it. Could that have something to do with it?
Please help this is my daily driver.

Are you saying that the Interior Lights are working even when that Fuse is blown-out?

What is the Fuse Slot actually labeled as?

And I second OrangeBird's statement... 30A Fuse is a BAD IDEA!
