Stock radio install no power at orange

I am Hooking up my stock radio 88 gta. I am not getting 12v at the orange and fuse is good. I am waiting on my wiring diagrams to be delivered. In the meantime can anyone tell me where I should be looking next. Appreciate any help

Replace the fuse even if it looks OK just to rule that out. I’m pretty sure your cigarette lighter is on that same circuit. If the lighter works then it’s probably a problem with your radio.

thanks, i just realized above gas peddle is another fuse block. Two squeeze clips in front and two screws in back remove it. It faces up so you cannot see it it's connected to blue box.
on the 88 gta there is two fuses installed vats and acc radio. Fyi for others looking. The two other slots are empty one for power seats and another my brain refuses to remember.
