ok guys, heres what im wanting, insert key into ignition switch turn key to on position
but push a hidden button to start,
not be able to start by key switch, only by hidden button
i need the key switch for ignition only, and started by button, need key start disabled
so i have a 2 wire button, just need to know what wires to work with on a 1991 305tbi car, i guess it has vats cause theres a chip on the key, but not sure how to without rewiring the whole thing..... maybe someone can help me thru it without causeing a big headache
reason is cause theres been lots of car thefts around here lately, and i usually go to out of state shows, and get real nervous leaving it sit in a public park lot at motels in other states, hundreds of miles from home.....
