Car: 89 formula 350

Ok heres the deal.
Headlights come on and up but dont go down ( they do turn off though )
My tail lights dont come on and my marker lights dont work.
HOWEVER they will work if I use my blinker, hazzards, or step on the brakes, its jsut my night lights dont work WTF?

I replaced ALL the fuses in my fusebox, and I just put in the new switch today for the headlights. The only thing I can come up with now is the rheostat thats jsut behind the switch. Does anyone else have any suggestions?

 

I had to replace my headlight modulator. Had the same symptoms plus flickering headlights.

 

Hey MTCCL thanks alot. How much did the module cost ya? Im selling the bird to get my 71 done, so I wanna do it as cheapily as possible ( wait strike that im just being less expensive lol )
