Strange Wires??

I have a wiring harness out of a trans am in my maro and apperently it was out of an auto car and i have a manuel. so there is a four wire connector that will not hook up to my tranny cause it is for the torque converter. but on that connector i was wondering if there is the reverse switch wires aswell. if not then does anyone know where the reverse wires go?? like to the ecm or to the clear connnector on the wiring harness if so what color or what position are they in?? I would really like a resonse soon thank you!!!!!!

The reverse light switch on automatic cars is on the shifter in the console. The wires should be dark blue and light green, just like on a manual car.
