1989 TPI ecu/harness into 1986 TPI iroc
I got a good deal on a whole 89 tpi set up including harness and ecu . I’d like to install it on my 1986 soon to be L31 swapped TPI, will this work?

With reprogramming, yes you can install the sd harness and run $8D

Is it plug and play besides the reprogramming. I found a write up and it looked like there was alot of repinning and soldering involved.

The street and performance harness is plug and play with ground hookup, hot at all times fused power and accessory power. You will need to tie is a Vss signal from buffer to ecm optical input.
