so, i just got the car today so more problems may come up later but as of right now i only have one main issue, the headlights dont work, everything else does. the tail lights, turn signals, hazards, parking lights in the front and sides, just not the headlights, ive tried both OEM and aftermarket LED lights but nothing is working. Any ideas to try would be great

 

Not high beams or low?

yes, it does. The high beam light stays on there’s an issue with that switch too

 

Most likely either the headlight switch or the dimmer switch.

The DS is easier to get to. It's on top of the steering column, a few inches from where it goes through the firewall. Has a yellow, tan, and green wire. If there's 12V on the yellow when you turn on the HL sw, then the HL sw is good, and the dimmer is bad. No 12V there, then most likely you need a HL sw.

 

i got it figured out. the headlights themselves are not getting enough power to them only about 3-4 volts. However the high beams are getting what they need, the switch works fine just need to dive into the wiring for the headlights and see what's loose or corroded
