Shifter connector. I don't recall dash harnesses being identical for T5 / 700R4 cars but someone may chime in.
Reverse lights switch is on the side of the trans. case and originally weatherpak 2-pin.
Neutral / drive to ECM is addressed in T5 cars by leaving the connection closed "in drive" and by running a manual tune PROM.
Starter interlock switch wiring normally on a switch on T5 pedals was wired to the shifter in auto third gens.
How original your car is will affect how much you need to re-wire.

The two thick wires are for the starter enable relay behind the drivers kick panel, the thin blue and green are backup lights and the orange and blk/wht wire goes to the ecm. It plugs into the neutral safety switch

Thank you for your help. I believe its all original but the computer and some of the wiring is gone. Im going carb anyway. Looks like it plugs into the auto shifter not sure if it's needed in my car with the t5.

My computer along with some wiring has been removed I can't figure out what it would plug into or if it's even needed.

Thank you for your help. I think you are saying it plugs into the auto shifter under the console? My car has a t5 my nss is on the pedal assembly which has two wires that are already connected.
