Sort of no start 88 tpi

So my 88 formula died while driving, about once or twice a day it will start for a few seconds. Excellent fuel pressure. Replaced icm. Tried a diffrent ecm. But not getting spark. Has new cap, rotor, wires, plugs. Anyone ever have this?
