You will have the same issue with a carb if you only have .5 vdc at the icm. Check power at c100 and ign sw.

Unless you have all the parts for the carb swap, it's got to be cheaper and less work to fix the TPI. They're pretty simple and parts are plentiful.

A short runner efi intake will mimic the car power curve and keep it functional for a dd.
