It’s marked on the column shifter, but I know that doesn’t mean anything, and I haven’t driven it fully to know yet for sure.

The terminated black one looks like the pigtail on a cruise control multifunction stalk, the other one - no telling. I'd be more concerned someone thought it was a good idea to put a aftermarket ammeter in. God only knows what kinda problems that's causing.
