Wire / connector identification help needed.

Sorry if this information is already here somewhere. I haven't been able to find it using forum search feature. What are these wires and connectors? They are in bad shape and need to be changed. Is there any replacement connectors available? PO has done some wiring hacks. Car is 1987 Firebird with 305 engine. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Re: Wire / connector identification help needed.

The grey connector is hard battery to the blower motor high-speed relay. The other connector set, with all the hack jobs, is for the compressor (green wires) and the blower motor ground (black). As far as why somebody did that to it, it's no different from anybody else's PO hack jobs; they were a hack, and when something failed, as those connectors ALWAYS do, instead of repairing it properly somehow such as with a decently designed connector to replace the factory's garbage, they "improved" it.
