Blazer brand driving lights......
Hey guys, first time on the electronics board and I had a couple of questions.....
1. I got some blazer style fog/driving lights and I have no idea how to wire things or anything. Can anyone help me install these?
2. How do you wire the electric cooling fan up to a toggle switch in laymans?
3. What's hard starting?
Thanks a lot!!!!

The lights should have come with instructions, no?
If not, the first thing you should do is wire up the relay. No relay? Go buy one. Don't wire up the lights through a switch no matter what someone tells you. Use the switch to trigger the relay, which will in turn turn on the lamps. Buy a fuseholder and 25amp fuse, too, if you don't already have one.
The posts on the relay should be numbered. Wire "85" to a good ground. Run a wire from "86" to the battery, with an inline fuse.
Run a wire from "30" to your switch (if the posts are labelled, it'll be the ACC post), and another wire from the switch's other post (might be marked 12v) to your ACCESSORY fuse (on the fused side) in the fusebox. If there's a third post on the switch (probably marked GND), wire it to a good ground. Then run a wire from "87" to the lamps. The lamps will either ground by their case (one wire lamps), or will have a seperate ground wire, which you ground on the chassis somewhere.
