Oil and Temp Lights

Hi all,

I don't get my oil and temp idiot lights coming on when I turn on the ignition. All guages are OK and all bulbs are OK.

Problem seems to have started when I removed the stock radio for repair. Stock radio went back in OK. Are there any wires in the radio housing that could have been disturbed...I've looked and can't see any thing wrong

Any ideas anyone??
thanks

Paul Cooper

When you turn the ign on, only the oil light should come on. The temp light should only come on when the key is in the "start" position. If they do not function as they should, check the gauges fuse. If that is OK, try shorting the wire at the oil pressure sender to ground with the ign on & the oil light should come on. If it does come on after shorting the wire to ground, then replace the oil pressure sender.
