Everytime I turn on my parking lights the fuse blows. Did anybody else have this problem. What can i do. Is it a bad ground that I have to find somewhere.

When I had an 85 Z-the hot lead for the radio was rubbing on some metal--it blew all my parking lights. Might check that too--especially if you have an aftermarket radio.

just try to find out what else is on that fuse and eliminate one by one--that's the only way to track it down.

Looking through some wiring diagrams, that Brown wire seems to be a common link to the headlight switch, park lights, instrument lights, radio, courtesy lights, and other things. Alot of possibilities there.
