350 for rebuild

I have a 5.7 1 piece rear main seal engine. It was a remanufactured engine that came in the car I bought 18 months ago. The guy told me it had about 20,000 miles on it. It had a ticking sound when I bought it. Thought it was the lifters. replaced them but it didn't change anything. I've put 10,000 miles on it since then as my daily driver. The other problem I had was when it was hot at a light in gear the oil pressure would drop to 10lbs. I pulled the engine and am replacing it with something else. The engine comes with a mild cam, no intake or carb. I'm asking $200.00 and pick up only. Also it's a 4 bolt main block.

SOLD, THANKS.

4 bolt main

Price went up from the original $125.00 because I found out it's a more desirable engine.

roller block too

I pulled the intake off to go on my other engine and found out the block has the mounting bosses for the roller cam spider that holds the keepers in place.

What kind of ticking sound?

Are we talking rod knock or spun bearing? Basically do you have any reason to believe the lower end needs more than the usual .10/.10 on the crank and .30 on the cylinders? Also, has it been bored before and if so how much? If not I'm game.

long block

I pulled a head off. The block has been bored 30 over when it was remanufactured. As far as whether the noise is from a spun bearing or rod, I don't know. I am having disc problems with my back and am not going to tear the engine apart any farther. The engine comes as a long block, no carb, intake, dizzy, water pump, balancer or exhaust manifolds. The heads are 191's.
