Built up 305 and 700R4
Here are the engine specs: 305 LG4 bored out 0.040", 1.94/1.50 58cc GM heads, Comp Cams XE249H, Summit double roller timing chain. Also comes with the stock intake/waterneck and your choice of chrome edelbrock or dart valve covers. This engine has about 10,000 miles on the rebuilt and is in great shape. The tranny is all original, and has had regular fluid and filter changes and works great. I am selling because I recently put a really hot 400 in my car, and the engine also came with a new tranny in the donor car. So, that's why I'm selling the other engine/tranny. In an auto with 3.70 rear and stock 2.25" exhaust with flowtech shorties, I was pulling low 14's with my g-tech on flat ground. I don't know how accurate these are, but as far as 305's go, this one runs pretty hard and has no problem revving right up to 6000 rpm.
I'd like $600 for the engine and tranny for local pickup in Seward, NE.
Thanks,
Eric

No, I've got it all covered with rags and stuff packed around it, sitting in the corner of my garage. If you are seriously interested, I will get pics for you, if you are just more curious than anything, please understand why I don't have any pics.

I assume you are referring to Interstate 80. Yes, I am five miles north of the interstate at the Seward exit; doesn't get much closer. There's really not much to see. It isn't all painted up fancy or anything like that. The only problem with it was the oil pan was leaking just a little bit, but I've got the new gasket for it which I'd give to you with the engine. The engine runs hard, and doesn't use any oil or anything like that. Like I said, it's only got 10,000 miles on the rebuild.

I'd take $550 for the engine. I was basically throwing the tranny in for free if somebody wanted to buy both. Since I sold the tranny for $50, I'd take $550 for the engine. I don't know how I'd crate it. If you can find a place that would crate it and you want to pay the fees, I'd be happy to accomodate you.

Engine still available. $525. Drop it in and have a great engine that will probably outlast your vehicle. Would work great in an f-body, g-body, or even a 1/2 ton pickup or blazer. Pickup only in Seward, NE.
