this is the comp cam that i got for my lt1 and come to find out it is for a non- lt1 engine. so if anyone out there has a rollor engine that is not a lt1 and need a great cam let me know.

here are the specs on the cam

Power Band is 2000-6000 RPM. The grind number is CS 290HR-12. The lifts are .510 In and .540 Ex with a 1.5 ratio rocker. The durations at .050 are 230 In and 244 Ex. Lobe separtion angle is 112 degrees. Timing event specs at .050 tappet lift are as follows; Int opens at 5 deg BTDC and closes at 45 deg ABDC, Exh opens at 56 deg BBDC and closes at 8 deg ATDC. These specs are for a 110 deg intake center line. Cam is ground on a standard base circle

it is a 8 instead of a 7 dont have the previsions for the opti. been trying to find the 8-306# in the books and cant find it. so i am not sure know

all you have to do is change the pin. you can get the long pin from comp cheep and most machine shops have a dowl pin puller.

this also doesnot have the big hole in the center of the cam. has the small hole for the non opti spark engines
