383 stroker SBC - Mid Atlantic

[ I sold and stored this motor for over a year, now it's for sale again. ]

I ran this 383 for 2 years while I was building my new motor. The 383 is documented here:
http://www.eecis.udel.edu/~davis/z28...18_383teardown

and I have Blackstone Oil samples over the life of the motor. The crank is a Eagle cast 400sbc ext balance, so the 153-tooth flexplate has the
400balance weight welded onto it. (would need to duplicate on a flywheel
if putting into a manual trans car)

Late model one piece seal, 2-bolt SBC 350 roller block prepped and 0.030 over
Eagle Cast Steel stroker crank (3.750 stroke)
Reconditioned 5.7" stock rods
KB Hypereutectic pistons (12cc dish)
LT4-HOT cam

Looking to get $700 for the motor/cam/balancer/flexplate (No heads)

Motor was running well when pulled, it was just time since the new motor was completed.

Have CompR lifters, HiTech push rods, and other misc parts if someone is looking for a more complete motor.

Contact for more details. Motor is located in Elkton, MD (21921) and I could probably deliver it within 50mi.

thanks
mike

383 has been loaned to a friend, who dropped a rod
in his motor. The 383 won't be available for sale until
the Spring now.. Sorry.

Lesson learned?
Do not loan a motor to a friend.

Value just bottomed out on that motor.

Maybe you just need better friends...
