Does the pro 5.0 shifter have threads on it? (since you cut it shorter) How much of an improvement over the stock shifter is it?

The pro 5.0 shifter still has about 5/8" of threads, I had found several other people on here that did this. Bellow is a thread talking about the shifter itself. I personally love this shifter and plan on getting the t56 version soon. Also, in the picture the electrical tape on the stick was there to hold the boot up.

TeK - I actually just put the shifter on ebay because it was not selling on here. I have it for 99 with no reserve. my ebay name is dave_86z28 if you want to search for it.


7540P for the intake and 534-186 for the rails and reg It is for the standard head but I do not have injectors to go with it.
