I have a built 700r4 trans that was in my firebird for about 2600 miles. I now have to many projects and the firebird has to go. This is a list of the trans goodies that are in there.

The only thing I didn't do to the trans was an aftermarket pan and paint the trans case itself. It definitely shifts awesome and I only have one guy do my trans and rearends cause he knows what he's doing and he gives you a list of options that can be done to the trans.
