Nahh no violence will be incurred, just a nifty way to get 20 poilice cars there (I might get fined for doing what I want, but screw it it will be worth it!)

Just to update all of you -- i filed a complaint with the Internet Complaint Center, the US Postal Service Fraud Division and my local police department who said they would contact the Baltimore PD. Hopefully something will come of all of this. The police officer also told me to consider bringing a civil suit against him and suggested that for all of us who got scammed we go into together, which makes it more powerful. I'll keep you all informed and thanks to everyone who gave me the advice to do all this.

nothing about voilence, I never said to physically hurt him...it's the threat of violence and intimidation that people are responsive to. We all know who he is and where he lives....whatever happens; happens.

I hope the best for everyone. I feel pretty confident that I will get my money back since it was electronically and both paypal and my credit card have protection against merchandise that never gets shipped

Sorry to hear about the p.o.s. scamming people, that is why I use paypal. I learned the hard way. It also makes it hard for honest people to sell things. I too have bought many things here and sold many. I bought a HSR last week from a mamber, he was very honest and did what he said, SUX others can't follow his example........GOOD LUCK GUYS..................

If it was me I would just stake out that house until I see him come back and see what he drives, probably a ford or honda. Then I would wait until like 3:30am on a weekday and pour about 3 gallons of gasoline al over his car and let it run down the cowl panel and then quietly lite it with a paper ball on fire from a distance thrown at the car. That would just be a warning of what is to come. I would not hurt him physiacally, I would hurt the things that he cherishes.
But hey, thats me. Dont get in to trouble because this guy. He's not worth it. It seems he has been planning this for a while, well he'll get what coming to him. It must be cool to fill a super soaker with gasoline and shoot from a distance, I've heard all kinds of crazy as$ stories.

what a pos this happened to me earlier this year, i sent a postal MO (big mistake) to the guy to get some wheels tires. Well it turned out after doing some research he worked at a jaguar dealership in SC. So i found an SC f body site told my story and proof, a member helped me. The guy lost his job and i got my money back....dumb *** shouldn't have sent it to his work....
so its not impossible good luck

Good that I didnt send him the money right away, since i live in Poland, the problem would be much more complicated... if anybody will be doing some legal thigs I can send you my mail with him which will be more evidence against him etc... btw. I belive PayPal does not refund all of the money if an item is not from an auction..? Just something like up to 200$ or so? im not shure... kick his *** from me.

Paypal is a POS that is why I hate using them. I have had it happen twice if not an Ebay auction they don't really help. I bought a cell from from someone on an electronics forum and never got it. start a dispute and win and then come to find out "the seller has no money in his paypal account and owes 3 other people so when he puts money in his account (himself or from selling things) it will go to the first person that filed then next." So then I asked what if he just doen't use the account anymore? Well contact us in 6 months and see if anyone else has been paid. So I lost out on $150 on this one and then the other one was for $592 for a set of rims. So yeah I don't care for Paypal much.

That really sucks that these guy's money. I thought it was strange that his "shop" that he works at had 3 HSRs with injectors and 58mm tbs just sitting around. And then the insanely cheap price. Wouldnt the TB and injectors cost close to $400 by themselves new? I've never been ripped off yet and ive been buying and selling things on message forums since 1999. This just makes me more skeptical to buy anything. Lots of Low lives on the internet now.

The administrator could find out IP number of computer used correct? The money orders had to be cashed. When I deposit them or cash them I always have to swipe my atm card at the teller. So theres ways to prove he was responsible for the crime.

Kat, get with the computer crimes division of the local Police Dept....they will have a few things to say about IP's and their validity in court.
Spoofed IP's only show the origin when connecting to a site. If that IP was released to this asshat's modem from his Interent Service Provider within the time frame, his spoof theory is just as ugly as his little pecker is. You can't spoof a hardware ID.

so just to confirm... we are now talking to the "real" George Bowers? not the guy that is scamming him and us? so why dont you help us out, and we will help you out? you seem to rather fight us, why if we are both innocent victims? why dont you private message me with your phone number, we can talk and i'll confirm with everyone else if you are a different person than we have talked to prior to this.

and about your ip address, kewl_blades is correct, you can't spoof a hardware ip. its all linked back to the origin. so is your next move to say that someone broke into your house and got on your computer and did all this stuff to you, and if so, why was he on your myspace everyday from the 17th till now, was he scamming people on your myspace too?
