ok so i was doing some cleaning at my shop and i ran across 3 stelth rams in perfect shape im keeping one for my self lol but the other 2 are put up for sale my boss told me to sell them for 400.00 they come with everything...

did anyone else purchase these? I got two of them, sent payment, and havent talked to him since.

Alright, he said he had 3. 2 for sale, and 1 he was keeping. When I talked to him on the phone, he said he would sell me both of them and a set of AFR heads for $1300. He was always quick to answer my calls and return them, but he wanted an overnight money order. I said no, and went the paypal route, which he said he just had opened for me because he was weary of paypal. I paypaled him the money last night, said he would ship them out this morning and call me with tracking numbers. He never called me this morning, so I called him about 8 times and he never returned my calls. So I got his number from 411 and called his house. His mom said she didnt know where he worked, if he worked days or nights, or what he does, that she cant keep up with him. So I am filing andispute with paypal and putting my CC on hold. AND GET THIS, HE SOLD TWO MORE TO SOMEONE ELSE I HAVE TALKED TO, AND ONE MORE TO SOMEONE ELSE. SOMEHOW HE SOLD 5 HSR, BUT HE ONLY HAD THREE. I HOPE THIS GETS WORKED OUT.

 

I also got one, sent payment, (money order overnight), and haven't heard from him since. Seems to me that we have gotten scammed.

We were PM'ing back and forth this morning (noon central time) about part numbers. He responded to a few but then suddenly stopped. He said he sold one but another guy passed on the other one.
If he is really in Queen Creek, AZ , then you should contact their local police if he doesn't respond back.

 

I also get one, he also opened PayPal for me and he said that he still got that one spare... I didnt pay him yet, had some problems with money and today I send a priv to him to get the details of shipping (I live in Poland and the shipping would be to US, and I didnt know before where to) and he didnt answer...

I check to see if he had received my money and the USPS site says that he received the money today at about 1:00pm in Baltimore and sign the recipt himself. Be aware. You have been notified!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

What a *****! He also went to the thread where I bought the 58mm 1000cfm TB and told me he had pm'ed me. Well I checked the pm and it says that 1 guy backed out and that he would sell it for $300.00 and that h has a paypal now.
I did not listen to him cause it souded fishy.

People, pursue this with paypal and the local police. If not get ahold of his name and address and some one go beat the $hit out of him. That is what needs to happen. Everyone who has paid him post, to see how many he ripped off. Also I think the picture he sent was a picture of a stealthram on ebay which is still going. It looks like the exact pic. Maybe he never had any SR or maybe thats him on ebay.

Post his phone number and address.
Call the number and talk to his "mom" about what he just did.
Call his local police dept / sheriff's dept to report his fraud. If he used the post office to defraud US citizens, that is a felony. REPORT HIM NOW! When the post office gets ahold of him, heaven help him. They don't need warrants to enter your house or to arrest you. He's screwed.

I have been through this type of thing before. You have to report it to your local PD. They in turn will make the contacts with the PD in his location. If you call his PD, they are only going to refer you back. It is best to do it as soon as you can.

He turned off his Cardomain page, changed his location on his ID, and took off his AIM ID.
I would post this in all the threads where he is trying to buy stuff and also his specific regional board. There maybe some local members who know him or can get the money back for you guys.

Yeppers. baltimore is about 1.5 hours from here. So I have no problem knocking on his front door. I might do that soon just to see the look on his face.
