LMAO, I collaborate with the legal department everyday in the financial world. It doesn't matter if this individual cares little for his reputation, as in today's world, even SEALED files are prevalent and exposed in background checks, and are used against people for any particular reason in which the system feels fit. Let this person think he got away with "something", as contrary to popular belief, a couple of grand isn't considered "a lot" of money in the real world, and it's definitely not an amount to ruin one's life over....

Think what you wish, but he'll be feeling this later on in life, as this little escapade of his will be holding him back from a great many things in life that are still coming. He may not realize this now, however, your speaking as if you know his current situation. Marriage, kids, alimony blah blah blah, and every other unbeknownst situation that life throws our way in the years to come can have a dramatic effect on him because of this nonsense, and yes, he will feel it. One can only live with mommy so long, and when it's time for him to become a man, he's going to have A LOT of trouble because of this, believe it!

He pm'ed me for some reason. I posted his pm in the post I did a while back.

 

He has not PMed me. I have not gotten any money back yet. And appart from the money there is the matter of principle. I filed a complaint with the Internet Complaint Center, the US Postal Service Fraud Division and my local police department who said they would contact the Baltimore PD. Hopefully something will come of all of this. The police officer also told me to consider bringing a civil suit against him and suggested that for all of us who got scammed we go into together, which makes it more powerful. I am also in contact with my lawyer who tells me that he is ready to travel to work on this case to MD. I am waiting for news from the PO, and PD after the holidays. (I already have report numbers to reffer to in court as the complaints are officially recorded now)

Her name is Detective Sharrise Smith and the phone number is 443-984-7135. If anyone wants to know more details about my discussions with her pm me. Also, I repeat my request that I have made before to the moderators about banning this person from this site. I never received an answer about this before could one of the moderators pleaze respond now as to why he has not been banned from using this site?

 

i too was contacted by detective smith. i have heard some good news also. everyone needs to contact her regarding this matter.

as for banning george from this site, i would rather him stay on here till all this is over that way he is able to post replys and pm's. just so we can see what he has to say, and hope that he incriminates himself more. i mean lets face it, what good is it going to do to have him banned right now? just do it later.

Ya'll can say what you will about paypal, but the saved my *** $1,300. I got it all back except for $38, which is the fee they charge when the money gets transferred. I wish the best of ya'll luck, and I will contact that Smith girl tomorrow and let her know what my situation was and how it came out. I will also e-mail her all of my PM's from George showing how guilty his *** is.

 

One can only hope Paypal tracks him down like the dog he is!!!!

Well, like I said earlier I received a refund minus $38 from paypal. George has been contacting me, he seems really scared. He told me he was going to refund me the other $38, but since then I have heard nothing from him. I sent detective Smith all the info I had, and she is pursuing the case to the best of my knowledge. I hope he gets busted and he does some pretty good time. Anyone else?

Have you guys ever watched forensic files? I saw an episode where some kid ripped off a trucker on ebay and the trucker sent a pipe bomb to his house and kid opened the package and got killed. After I saw that episode I realized some people do not like to be fu*ked with! Personaly I would never send a bomb but I would still be pissed If I got ripped off.

 

lol. i remember that episode, it was over a cb radio that he bought for $150 bucks but the kid sent him a $100 one instead. died over $50 dollars! i doubt anyone on here is that crazy.

i got an update from det. smith...... aparently george is at his lies again. det. smith informed me that she has not spoken to george at all, and has only spoken to his mother. she went to his house and his mother said she has not seen him in 9 months, she told his mother that if she cant get him to turn himself in after 1 week which is in a couple of day she is putting in an arrest warrant for him. she also said that she does not care what george has to say because the money orders have been cashed under his name and thats that. she has already contacted the postal inpector, and they are involved in this matter also.... good luck george.
