so... my money is good and counts only when I have to pay federal and state taxes? I appreciate that the police department may have other things to do (don't we all?)and crimes to solve, but this is a crime as any other crime, and besides crimes can be all related because if this money was used to buy drugs does not it become a drug dealing case? however you want to see it there is not excuses for letting this pass by. I contacted the post master general at my P.O. and all he said was that the check was cashed and they could not do anything else, that the rest was at the hands of the police department.

Hey, I agree with you guys!!! I'm just telling you guys how it is. The Baltimore Police don't have the resources to deal with all the violent crime in the city. Now, if he gets arrested for something else, the police can tack on mail fraud too. Has anybody tried going after him on the civil side of the courts yet?

back from the dead. I just got a subpoena from the courts. It appears this thing is finally going to trial. i called the number on the subpoena and the prosocutor for this case told me that the warrant was issued back in September 2008 and he was finally picked up on May 6, 2010. release on a $20,000 bond the next day with a court date of June 10, 2010. I wonder if he will even show. Did anyone else that was involved in this get a subpoena?

Under the defendant INFO, it says hi is a Black/african american 6' 6" and 300lbs. That is alot different description than the pics that were posted! Someone might wanna let the police know about that, unless the pics of the guy were not him.

He is definitely a white guy nowhere near that size. More like 6ft, 220lbs I'd say.

I also recieved a call from the Baltimore courts today. If anyone on here was taken by this guy PLEASE send me a PM. I will send you the lady's contact information. She needs anything that you can give her. His court date is next Thursday. It's nice to know that sometimes justice really does get served. Hopefully he shows.
