This is one thing that I'm completely clueless about but wanting to own. Are these universal or made for a certain setup or what?

They are universal. It has 4 ports for whatever input and output you want to route. I used 2 inline, then just capped the other two. On the bottom is the return. All the ports and return are 3/8" NPT. On the top is where you adjust the pressure. They are pretty much meant for carb applications, I think they regulate fuel in 5-12 psi range.

Damn, this pisses me off! Every time I buy something on ebay I find it two days later on here for cheaper.
I have been looking on here for the last 2 months and just went ebay since my motor is just about together.
Sorry for butting in and good luck it shouldn't take long to sell.

Hey Cam-aro, this is THE regulator everyone uses when converting a TPI car to carb. It allows you to dial down the high pressure from the TPI fuel pump to where you can run a carb without having to change anything with the fuel pump setup. Most regulators just deadhead, and don't have a return port. You have to have a return, or it puts too much strain on the in-tank pump.
