I've decided to go the route of T56 six-speed in my GTA and I'm looking to sell the auto tranny that's in it. The transmission has about 5K miles on the rebuild and a S10 torque convertor (2300-2400 stall). I'm selling it for $600. Willing to ship? Do you have a crossmember? I have a Spohn T56 Crossmember.

 

The tranny would probably have to be shipped frieght and I'm not sure how much it would cost. I image that it'll probably be around $300-$400 to ship it frieght via UPS or FedEX. That's just a guess since that's about what it ran for me to have my T56 shipped to me from NY. The crossmember will come with it. I've already got a T56 crossmember, but thanks anyway. I don't physically have the transmission in my possession at the moment because it is in Charlotte and still in the car. I just dropped off the T56 today and wasn't expecting such a fast response. Including the transmission you'll get: cross member, dipstick and filler tube, flywheel, brake pedal, automatic shifter, and the shifter cable if it's still in good shape. Talk about a steal...holy cow. $500 for all that and a transmission is recently rebuilt with only 5K on it that has a stall on it.

$500 is as low as I can go on this transmission. Awesome price for a rebuilt TH700-R4 with a shift kit, stall, crossmember, and filltube/dipstick considering the transmission alone through Summit is $1200. Even paying frieght shipping you'll still be ahead. C'mon, I know someone needs a new transmission...buy mine!

Honestly, I'm not sure how much shipping would be since it has to go by frieght. When I bought my T56 it cost me about $400 to ship it FedEX frieght from NY to NC.
