7.5 10 bolt richmond 4.10 torsen posi 28 spl
Hello, I am upgrading my rear end and I need to sell this one to help finance the new one. It is a 7.625 10 bolt, it has a set of professionally installed richmond 4.10s, a SLP takeoff zexel torsen posi carrier, and factory GM 28 spline axels. It has drum brakes and came out of a 91 RS. I am asking 250$ and am selling it local pickup only. If anyone is serious, I will pull the rear cover and post pics.

couple more questions while patiantly waiting. is this a factory diff for the 1991 or is it a new body style diff which is wider. how old is it.

It is the factory 91 rear and, not the wide fourth gen diff. The Carrier and gears were purchased and installed about 5 years ago, they probably have about 5000 miles on them though, I only use the car to drive around town, and it runs on race fuel, so it does not see any miles!
I am trying to post pictures now, I will let you know how it works out.

Hey could you please call me about your rearend. My number is 270-977-3744. I am very interested. I don't know much at all about rearends, but my only concern is I know that the 7.5 inchers aren't very strong. Do you think your motor has hurt it at all? Is there anyway you could ship it if I payed all shipping costs? I'm in the army and dont know when I will get a chance to come pick it up. Whenever I get the time to do something like that I try to spend time with my family. If there is no way for you to ship it would you be interested in storing it for me until I can come pick it up. I would pay upfront if you can just fax me some kind of document saying that you sold it to me and was going to store for me.

I am sure my motor did not hurt this rearend, you are right that 7.5 rears are not real strong, but people do not give them quite enough credit, I have seen them last for years running 11s with an auto, it is the really fast 5 speeds that kill them! This one only has a handful a passes ,most of them mid 12s,and only a few thousand miles, it went high 11s once but that is when I decided to replace it before it broke. I will try to call you and discuss this, but when is a good time to call?
