Everything is brand new!! never put on motor just taken out of the box and given a once over look at my new parts. Has the solid roller springs (easy to change out). P.S. as per brodix the head will work on a 355-406 if not being used on a 400 block use 350 gasket and if used on 400 block use 400 head gasket cause they already have steam holes drilled.
