LT4 Std Cam, Comp 981 springs, LT4 retainers
I bought a LT4 standard cam from sdpc when I swapped my 350. It has maybe 10k miles at the most on it. Looks brand new. I also have a set of Comp Cams 981 springs that I later added and LT4 lightweight retainers. Those have maybe 250 miles on it before I took the heads off and swapped out to AFR's.
This setup is ideal for a TBI or mild 350 that still wants the car to idle like stock and get more midrange and top end. Computer tuning is not required but suggested for peak performance.
