Lifters brand new in box, and Cam was lubed up set in engine and never ran, i pulled it out and cleaned it off and put CLR on it.
I put it back in a spare cma box i had and taped it shut

Crane brand cam? New, lubed, cleaned and re-boxed?

Yes, i bought it brand new, lubed it up to set it in my engine, it sat in my engine, and i took it out because plans changed, i cleaned all the lube off it, and sprayed it with some CLR, and it was reboxed in a Old Cam box i had laying around, not original box
and yes EPW lifters, brand new, never lubed up or aything, i just opened the box and took one lifter out and looked at it, and put it back in the, they never had fluid out or ever in the bore, or naything.
