TPI throttle body linkage convert TPI TB's to LT1 and TPI
I have 2 leftover throttle linkages that allow you to adapt the TPI throttle body for 85-88 TPIs with a 305/350, 89-92 TPIs with a 305/350, as well as has a sleeve to convert our TPI throttle body to work with an LT1 from 92-93 as well as LT1s on 92-96 corvettes.
Please see pic to what im talking about, purchase will include hardware for the IAC to TB mounting as well as the instructions for the throttle body linkage and TBs.
price: 30$ plus 5$ shipping to 48 states continental USA.

From what the instructions say... ill try to break it down for you.
this 58mm TB comes with extra throttle linkages for different setups for different engines since factory engines dont come with all the same linkages. ( basically they had to give you all the throttle linkages for the years of 85-96 since those years they all used the same universal TB. However the linkages changed from 85-88, 89-92 and then of course the Lt1s are different). So from what i understand is that this has the linkages for a 85-92 TPI and then has the extra "sleeve" to convert tho the newer Lt1 throttle cables/linkages.
So in the pic you can kinda read the instructions (images with text on them) and u can read that the linkage at the bottom of the pic is for a 85-88 TPI, the 89-92 has a curved part on the throttle linkage and then the "sleeve" is added to the linkage to adapt the TB to an LT1 setup. This is bc the TB is the same from the LT1 and TPI they just changed the linkage.
This is what is left over from the 58mm TB that i purchased and is part of the kit.

Stock linkage is peened on shaft ;
requires grinding head of butterfly shaft off and re welding to fit a alternative linkage

ok thanks for your interest.
i included the instructions so they could see the difference between the TPI and Lt1 throttle linkage so they knew what they had and or knew what they needed.
Anyways... BUMP!
