Looks like a Flat rate box from USPS is 10.95 anywhere in the US.

Doesn't seem like it would be worth it to ship them to me. It was around 80 bucks for USPS cheapest way because of the size and weight. Let me know if you have a better way to ship. If you still want pics pm me with your email address.

I'll have to look... I am sure it's buried right now but should be able to dig it up. As far as all bushings and stuff finding that should be even trickier. I'll look at some point today and get back to you.
