AFR-1040
Anyone interested in a set of AFR-1040 heads, 60cc chambers, ordered like that from AFR with #8017 springs. They have about 2 hours of run time. They were built and delivered to me by AFR on 3/2010. Started the motor up and drove it in and out of my garage a few time.
$1200 plus shipping ?

Re: AFR-1040
With the 8017 springs, around .600 lift. At .600 they are like 368lbs open, which is good for hyd roller. Solid roller you would probably want north of 400lbs open.
From what Tony Mamo @ AFR says:
"We set the springs at 1.800
The .600 lift recommendation isn't determined by coilbind figures (some
applications are....some aren't)....in this case we recommend a stouter
spring rate (for .600+ applications). Meaning you could run a .650 lift
cam with our 8017 spring but that much lift is better handled with a
stouter spring (our 8019)."
I'm going with a blower, 99% certain, so I'm going to need 76cc heads so these are for sale immediately after tonight.
Couple people PM'd me. I'll go in order of contact.

IrocZ30589 sent me a few PM's on them so I'll give him an opportunity to decide if he wants them or not. I'll report back.
Paypal or cash local pickup. Buyer pays shipping, etc.
