SBC Stroker Block
I have my old stroker block for sale. The block is 4 bolt main 1 rms. I was bored .30 over and notched to my Scat Rotating assembly. Block was filled partly, mains where align bored, block was hot tank, new freeze plugs, cam bearings installed when machined. Over 900 in machining not include price of block. The only damage to the block if you want to call it damage is the cylinders need a quick hone, and a new #2 main.
Now the story about the main. When assembling the motor the one main got flipped around and when tighten the main down it hung over the lip of the block and got a small hair line crack. I took it to my machine shop and they said I was fine to run it like that. I dont want to sell the block with that main so it will need a new one.
Block has 5 passes on it and about 10 mins running time.
Block is sitting on the stand.
Asking 300 obo

Re: SBC Stroker Block
Hmmm, I'll keep it in mind, but I am going to continue searching local as well just to see if anything pops up close. 550 isn't a bad price, just eating a little more into my budget then I was hoping for.
