Vortech v-7 ysi super charger

This is for a used v-7 ysi. It was on a 3rd gen firebird running mid 8's. Producing 26-29 lbs. no shaft play, no chip in fins. All in great working condition. The head unit was bob kurgan's personal back up head unit.

2 sets of pulleys. One is a 10 rib belt and the other is for a cog belt. Asp pulleys . I have 2 rib belts. In 2 years it never tossed a belt due to the extra engineering that has gone into the system.

Custom brackets that added a pulley tensioner to gain more tension on the belt for less slipping. A bracket from the head unit bracket to the back of the head was added for additional strength. Custom pieces were machined to allow the use of a kurgan brace to add for additional belt tension and to take side load off of the crank. Everything has been spun balanced to ensure no issues while running. The brackets are built to be used with a crank trigger and a motor plate. A spacer is needed if not using a motor plate. ( will supply) . A extreme velocity carb with o-ring, polished. A vortech blow off valve with some piping, with a gm air intake temp sensor. All the correct nuts and bolts you'll need to bolt it together.

$3500 obo

Thanks pancherj. It's a great blower with a lot of additional research and development to make it work consistent and make it very reliable. Street friendly, in fact air intake temps would go down when cruising.

I see a chip on the fin i the head on shot BTW.

Would be very unhappy to see this after laying out that much $$$$ and feeling lied to.
