Hydraulic line from clutch master to slave

Does anyone have the hydraulic clutch line going from the clutch master cylinder to the slave cylinder. I figured i'd try here before I go to pontiac to get it. Thanks

Thank you, I don't know what it's worth, but i'd be able to mail a money order next monday when I have the funds. Maybe sooner, but I doubt it.

I too am lazy, I could just go to the junk yard and get it. I was in too much of a rush to run the motor and I forgot to move the line from the headers. Now I don't think it's possible to change it without taking the master cylinder out again. It's a pain in the *** to get that thing out, especially because the retard that converted to a t5 cut the holes with his eyes closed.

I also have a couple. Will trade.

I need a hydraulic slave cylinder. I tried the dealer. No go discontinued. What are we to do? I have blown out two slave cylinders trying to bleed the system. Will trade, Any advice so this problem I am having doesn't keep happening?

I dont even know how you would go about blowing the master cylinder from bleeding it lol. They were probably both in VERY bad condition

Autozone has a metal one which i'll be using probably. The reason that your blowing the slave cylinders out is because your bleeding it unbolted to the bell housing. It's stupid I have no idea why people would bleed it this way. You can just have patience and let it gravity bleed, or I guess you could just bleed it like you would the brakes with 2 people. Or you could even stick a hose from the bleeder to a fresh bottle of brake fluid and pump away by yourself. I think as long as the front of the car is jacked up the bleeder will be the highest poing so all the air will get out. I don't see why it would have to be at a 45 degree angle.
----------
If you insist on doing it your way do it with 2 people and make sure the person doesn't pump too fast. If your underneath once all the bubbles stop coming out close the bleeder. I haven't bled too many slave cylinders and i've never bled one on our vehicles yet, but people say it's a pain in the *** on our cars, I don't see why. Just have patience and gravity bleed, but don't let the resevoir run dry.

Obviously none of you are familiar with the slave cylinder on third gen's. The slave is plastic. the bleed is a metal threaded plug that is taken out and installed with an allen wrench. So much for your bottle and hose idea. Unless you are installing a nipple bleed from the aftermarket? Yes the tech book does give instructions on bleeding the hydraulic clutch. They are vague. What happens is when the slave is bolted to the bellhousing and you pump the mastercylinder and unscrew the bleed screw which releases air and brake fluid. Then tighten the bleed screw. I step on the clutch pedal and it is hard as a rock. If I force it the slave cylinder blows the guts out and the fluid. Anyone have any clues?

Some people just amaze me. Obviously your a friggin moron, why don't you use your brain for one second and stop hijacking peoples posts. I never had a plastic slave cylinder, and the metal ones come with a bleeder. WHY DON'T YOU USE WHAT LITTLE BRAIN YOU HAVE LEFT AND POST A NEW THREAD? Is that too complicated, I think so. You will never be able to figure it out, if your this stupid.

Ohh and jackass, you can GRAVITY BLEED IT.

By the way I found my spare hydraulic hose from my vert, but if you want a reasonable price for yours I will send a money order.

I'm the jackass, you obviously have clutch problems somewhere else if all fluid is bled and that happens.
