Need a front turn signal housing for an 89 formula

Axle/Gears: 9 BOLT/ 3.27 GEARS

Need a front turn signal housing for an 89 formula

I need the driver side housing/ yellow lense that mounts right next to the flip-up headlight. I know for sure that its the thing that blinks in front when the the left turn signal is on. It might also operate as a running light. Thanks

Does it come with the black casing that has a bolt on each side?

Cool, is the yellowish lens installed in the black housing? I have a good lens but the housing assembly is all cracked up by the bolts. Is it in decent shape?
