Hey guys, i really just need a cheap 2.8L v6 60* that will bolt up to a 700r4. i don't mind having it cleaned, etc etc... but mine has somethin messed up on it and i don't know how to fix it. and i would rather just upgrade another 2.8 a little and switch it, then fiddle with the engine outside of the car.

Anyways, i'm in Sherman, tx 75092, 1 hour north of dallas... hopefully something local, but will drive a couple hundred miles if i find a right price and place... remember, cheap! and, the more on it, the better.

i don't need the wiring harness or anything if it's a 2.8... i have mine already. but if it's a 3.1 or 3.4, i will need everything else. hopefully someone has a 2.8 they don't want, they aren't really popular ya know?

I would check with some local junkyards if I was you, theres a lot of v6's around here in various lots. I'd get one to sell you but I'm way to far away.

 

Yeah i've been checking mine, but they all have fwd 3.1's and 305's... but i may just buy another camaro for cheap and fix up it's engine and swap it with mine, then fix up the one from mine and have 2 great 2.8's
