1987 305 tpi T5 stock ecm chip

I am in need of a prom that will work in a stock 1987 IROC with a 305 tpi, manual transmission, 3.45 gear setup.

I have two proms from my 86 t/a ws6 tpi/305/auto.One is stock and the other is a hypertech thermomaster.I know the gear doesn't matter but not sure about the tranny.
