I need some ideas!

I plan on autocrossing it next summer so I plan on upgrading the suspension components but since im still in high school i'm on a very tight budget and working 3 jobs to try and make it the best.

The car:
5L V8 TPI
Automatic
Stock everything

Any ideas on how to improve the car?

Re: I need some ideas!

depends, look around on the board here, or you could message tpi-hearse he has alot of parts, hes always selling posi's. I bought a entire posi rear with new brakes for 100 bucks and i found a set of slightly used 3.73's on the board here for 100

Re: I need some ideas!

raceing geek,if it were my car and i was on a tight budget i would look into a set of air bags for the rear springs, easy to install and help alot, easy to adjust to maximize ride charistics to specific corses, about 100 bucks or so and a set of adjustable shocks/struts all the way around, there are affordable ones out there, but remember u get what u pay for so if u can save for the best u can get and u wont b let down buy the results, not saying spend 1000 ,prob 100 each so around 600 is the least u should b willing to spend for the suspension, the suspension is the BIGGEST thing u can do to make it faster around the track, power means NOTHING if u cant get it to the track
