Alright i'm going to build a "custom" ram air box. I have a 92 camaro that has a swapped in carb 350. I'm looking for either the carb or TBI air cleaner assembly i think it's a 14 x 2 w/ the one outlet. i'm also looking for the TPI dual filter setup with the duct work to the throttle body. Yes you guessed it i want to combine the two and make it a true ram air setup for my carbed camaro. I know it's been done before, in fact, i've seen it on TGO. If you don't have the top to the TBI part that's ok and actually perferred because i will be replacing it with a top x-strem filter. Let me know what you guys have or any advice in building it, THANK YOU!!!!!!

i'm in milwaukee...well actually new berlin but a suburb of milwaukee dpes your tbi cleaner have a lid or any of the duct work? could you possibly get me a pic?? Thanks man!

i have the stock single inlet aircleanor with the plastic intake tube come with the lid heatriser and vacume lines if tahts what ure still looking for??

 

Actually the part he is looking for comes off of the 1987-1993 cadillac FWD V8 cars. The Caddy TBI bonnet that I have on my MAF run TBI setup.

 

Fast355 i saw yours when i wasl ooking at custom cold air intakes. I was very impressed but I think i'm going to go the route that TGO member Gallileo60 went. I don't know how to post pics but i'm sure if you ask him he'll send you the pic. It looks like a short snorkel TBI base and the top piece from a dual TPI filter setup and of course the duct work connecting the two. If you have e-mail i can send it to you. Thanks

 

If you decide to go with the stock TBI air cleaner I have a K&N filter to fit it.

One K&N Filtercharger. Came from a TBI camaro. I believe it is part number #E-1450. Measures roughly 12" round and 2 1/2" thick. Looks brand new, oiled and ready to go. $25 shipped. Check fitment first. Should fit any round camaro stock air cleaner from 1976-1992

 

I can get one locally for $32 new man. Not a bad deal but i think i'll have to pass
