hey everyone,

i've been gone for a little while, and had put my camaro project on the back burner, but now it is time again to get back to work on it, and get it running.

i am looking to buy a used 700r4 transmission that is in good working order for a reasonable price, also need the tv cable, and bracket for a q-jet intake manifold.

i live in southeast michigan, and would be willing to drive and pickup.

I have a 700r4 tranny with torque converter and flywheel that i pulled from an 88 formula firebird. Tranny is in great shape. All the lines are still solid and threads are good. I decided to go with the manual set up instead. How does $150 sound for the whole set up. Im tryin to make room in my garage so i will let it go for cheap.

yea, pulled her out of the firebird a few weeks ago. was in good working shape then so to the best of my knowledge nothing has changed. It has been kept indoors after she was pulled. also i have the splash guard that goes with it.

 

cool.. ill probably buy this, ill just have to find a day that i can drive down there and get it

 

beautiful. this is a really nice set up man glad to hear that she is gonna be put to good use.

I got one for $150 it it has about 100,000 miles on it. It should work fine. The only thing is, I broke one the bolts on the pan. But that should be easy to fix. I am in Henry, IL
